If you’re looking for a quick and easy sweet treat to take to a Christmas party, I have you covered with this winner! Who doesn’t love fudge, am I right? And I promise you this could not be any easier – or yummier!
What you’ll need:
340g of white chocolate chips
One can of sweetened condensed milk
10 candy canes
What to do:
Put the candy canes in blender until finely ground. Bigger chunks are fine too.
Add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a sauce pan over the lowest heat possible on your stove top. Stir constantly. Don’t let the mixture sit for too long and get dark. Keep stirring until all chocolate chips have melted (usually around 15 minutes). Then pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish. Add candy cane shavings on top and spread evenly while fudge is still soft.
Place in fridge for at least 4-6 hours to set.
