When was the last time you had a really, really good scream? Like, one of those ones that comes from the depths of your soul and hurts your throat a bit? Mine was Wednesday. It was one of those days where it felt like the world was against me from the moment my feet hit the ground and by the time I pulled up at school, I was a frazzled mess. Walking the kids in, I put on my game face and was all smiles with the other mums. When I got back home, I calmly walked myself up the stairs, sat in my wardrobe and held a pillow to my face and let out an almighty scream – one that came from deep down in my gut – and afterwards I felt good. Really good.
A good scream is something I recommend; it’s the ultimate release. The pillow? The pillow is essential, because there is a strong possibility that if your scream is anywhere near as loud and tormented-sounding as mine, your neighbours could very likely think you are being murdered. The car is also a good one, when the music is loud and the windows are up.
The fab ladies from The Breakwomb know the power of the pillow. And now, you do too. Feast your eyes on this hilariousness…
