No doubt you’re feeling a little rough today after a big New Years Eve. If you can, fight the hot chip urge and snack on these apple chips instead. They make for a perfect snack for adults and kids.

What you’ll need:

2 large Red/Golden Delicious apples

2 tablespoons sugar/ stevia if you prefer

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

What to do:

Preheat the oven to 110 degrees celsius. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Slice the apples to 1/8 inch thickness.

Lay apple slices side by side on the parchment paper, in a single layer. Sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon sugar. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, then take out the baking sheets and flip over the apple slices. Bake for another 1 hour, then turn off the oven. Leave the baking sheets in the oven until the chips cool completely

Remove from baking sheet and enjoy! B xx
