This is the healthy version of a ‘Crunch’ bar, it’s so yummy and good for you that you’ll never need a Crunch again!
What you’ll need:
300g dark chocolate
1/4 cup quinoa
What to do:
Lightly coat a pan with olive oil or cooking spray, when hot pour in the dry quinoa. Let it toast without burning for about 1-2 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate pieces in the microwave in 30 second incriments for about 1 and a half minutes. Do not let it burn or get hard – it should be silky smooth!
Pour the chocolate in to chocolate moulds or a baking/cake tray and top with quinoa. Refrigerate until solid.
