Gisele Bündchen’s Summer Salad!

Eat this salad and you’re guaranteed to look like Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen. Nah, not really. Sorry about that. But if it’s any consolation, this is a great idea for a salad – the perfect mid week dinner.

The Victoria Secret supermodel says her body is a temple, she hasn’t had a soft drink in 10 years, and she fills her plate with lunches like this—a rainbow of in-season veggies and good-for-you grains. You, too, can make Gisele’s go-to lunch…see below for recipe.

What’s you’ll need:
Kale
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Roasted beets, sliced
Broccoli
Roasted sweet potatoes
Quinoa, cooked
Sliced avocado
Watercress
Salt and pepper
Fresh lemon juice

What to do:

Prepare your rainbow of veggies on your plate, add salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon over the top.
