Kourtney Kardashian’s yum and easy Berry Smoothie

Want to wake up like Kourtney Kardashian?! Why not. Kourtney is well-known for leading a very holistic and healthy lifestyle. We never not see her and her sisters devouring salads on the show.

Kourt K has shared the ingredients of the smoothie she chooses to start her day with. I made it myself and it is SO good.

Kourtney Kardashian smoothie recipe

What you’ll need:

Raspberries

Blueberries

Manuka honey

Whey powder

Ground flaxseed meal

Chia seeds

Rose water

* Please note Kourtney has not shared exact amounts but I chose to go with a couple of handful of the berries, 1/4 cup rose water  and a tablespoon on all other ingredients.

What to do:

Blend, blend, blend!
