Seriously, I am so addicted to the white powdery goodness.
Dry shampoo came into my world about five years ago now, it was a huge game changer and time saver for me. I have about 702 cans on the go and have flirted with many a brand.
I used to wash my hair every day. Now I wake up, spray half a can on my locks and am good to go. I now wash my hair maybe 3 times a week. Having shortish hair , it looks way better a bit dirty so as long as I have some dry shampoo in arms reach, I am happy to be a smelly unwashed mess.
I just read an article about dry shampoo and found the tips it gave very helpful, so for my fellow dry shampoo addicts here is what I learnt.
1. Spray dry shampoo into your hair and leave it for TWO minutes before touching. I have been spraying and then immediately patting and ruffling. Leaving it in for longer makes it work a little better and you don’t have to apply so often.
2. Pop the bad boy in before you jump in the sack. This is meant to help with night time oil build up. I haven’t done this yet but will give a crack. Of course when you wake up reapply. Worth a crack.
Are you a fellow dry shampoo junkie?
