Salad can be a bit of a snooze. Amiright? We all know how good getting those greens into you is, but unless it’s on the side of a schnitzel or heaped into a burger, my interest level in eating a sad and sorry bowl of lettuce is zero.
That was until I tried Monty’s salad. She’d been banging on for ages about how she’s the “salad queen” and how she makes the most epic salad ever and to be honest, I called bullshit – but to indulge her I tried it one day at her place. When I stuck a fork full of what she claims to be the “best salad topper and dressing in the universe” into my gob, I’ve gotta say I was impressed. So impressed that she sent me home with a bag full of topper and the recipe for the dressing and I found myself munching on it for days.
If you’re like me and you’re hungry half an hour after eating a salad the size of a bucket, then this is for you. The special topper gives it enough bulk to keep your tummy content for waaayyyy longer than a plain ol’ leafy salad and the dressing is the stuff of dreams.
