It was my little lady’s second birthday recently and even though I slaved through the night baking her cake (it was literally easier giving birth than making her birthday cake, no joke) but it was the easy chocolate confetti bark that took me five seconds that everyone wanted to know about! Always the way.
So here you have it:
What you’ll need:
1 packet of sprinkles
x 4 250g blocks white chocolate
What to do:
Line a baking tray/dish with baking paper.
In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, heat the milk chocolate in 30 second increments in the microwave until melted. About two minutes all up.
Pour the mixture into the baking tray and then add in the sprinkles. Refrigerate for around 4 hours or until set. Then break, or cut, into pieces.
And that is it! Easy-peasy!
