You can’t deny that Gwyneth Paltrow has done some seriously impressive stuff over the years. She’s won an Academy Award. She’s been one half of the most civil divorce in Hollywood. The one that shows images of vulvas in their many, many varied forms. The one that shows 90-year-old rockin’ sex expert, Betty Dodson, sit by the bedside of her colleague, Carlin Ross, and coach her through masturbation until she orgasms – right there in front of us all. And it’s fascinating.

Breathe in while you rock your pelvis forward and squeeze your pc muscle – then exhale as you release your pc muscle and your pelvis back to the ground. It’s a small, subtle movement.

Rock/Squeeze… Relax/Release… Repeat.
