To say ‘our very own’ Margot Robbie has had an mega successful career is a huge understatement. From her humble beginnings on the GC, to Donna in Neighbours, to slaying Hollywood and even starting her own production company, Margs really is the living the dream.

What I didn’t know is what a savvy real estate investor she is. Being young in La La Land can see many shoot down the wrong path, but not our Margot. It appears she’s invested a truckload of her coin in some seriously cool homes, earning her a pretty bloody impressive real estate portfolio. Smart cookie.

Margot and husband Tom Ackerley have recently decided to offload one of their LA investment properties, popping their Hollywood Heights (a neighbourhood in the Hollywood Hills) three bedroom, one bathroom bungalow up for sale for a reasonable $1.175 mil. After purchasing the home for $950K in 2017, Margot went about giving the 1950’s-built home a reno with a total re-model and update of the kitchen, new hardwood floors and a good whack of paint inside and out.

It’s not a big, ritzy glam home, but it’s gorgeous, chic and cosy and of course, if it’s good enough for Margot…
