Not too long ago, the fab Nicole Ritchie and hubby Joel Madden listed their incredible LA home for $3.5 million after reportedly purchasing a new home in Beverly Hills for $6.1 million to be closer to Joel’s twin brother Benji and his wife, Cameron Diaz. Seriously, how awesome would it be to have these guys as neighbours??
